What are considered large amounts?
25, 50 or 100. Depends on the item.
How do I confirm that the POS product I want is in stock?
When you place the POS product in your Shopping List, the Sierra Enterprises POS catalog will inform you if it cannot fill the order. (Our Shopping Lists talk!)
Why are some products out of stock?
Many of our POS products are from surplus purchases made by our company. We keep as many on hand as possible, and as you know, in this industry there are thousands of pieces. We do our best to keep everything in stock, but we can't guarantee that we can always provide the product.
Why aren't these out-of-stock items removed from the Website?
If after an extended amount of time we cannot acquire more of the item, we do remove it. However, many of these items come and go with such frequency that we are inclined to leave them in.

Can I have my order shipped by another method?
No, the system is set up to work with UPS exclusively.
Are any of these products made in the U.S.A.?
Yes, over half the products are made here in the U.S.A., mostly in our own plant.
What is the return policy and procedure?
For whatever reason you don’t like the product, send it back for a full refund within ten days of purchase. All sales on displays, IC chips and print heads are final. Returned products must be in new condition and in working order or they will be returned back to you without credit. Call us to make arrangements. 1-866-677-6064 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST
Is there a minimum order?
No, but any order under $25.00 will have a $10.00 surcharge imposed.
